We have one or two beds of chives growing at our farm right now and it is amazing how much a small space will yield. Even better once you cut them back you can get one or two more cuttings throughout your growing season. So, it is no wonder that we find recipes that will incorporate this versatile herb. Chives can add a distinct layer of flavor to any dish and seem to shine in egg dishes. And if you are adventurous and have access to fresh chive flowers you can dress this egg dish with some color and additional chive flavor.
