An annual tradition in Chautauqua County happens the last Sunday of September from 11am to 5pm – The Busti Apple Festival. Visit the town’s website for dates and hours.

This year our friend Erin came with us. Dare, I say it? Yes, it was her first time to the Busti Apple Festival. I love newbies. I did work out a little song for the event early yesterday morning and shared it with my fellow apple festival goers. As I mentioned on facebook, due to my rather horrible voice, I will not be sharing with you our readers. It’s all for the best.

I had to take a picture way down below.
I believe this was the first time we ventured to the basement.
I wish it was a store. I would have snagged this maple sap barrel. Everyone needs a root cutter. A copper bathtub… I did have an urge to shine it up. I had lust in my heart for this piece. A blue butter churn. Lots of antique farm equipment

Hmmm yup that’s what’s all through my house.

I have a bounty full of goodies in my kitchen. If you go these are a few of my favorites
- Honey
- Chocolate Covered Pretzels
- Xtra Sharp Cheese
- Dill Pickles
- Fudge
- Chocolate Covered Grapes
- Flour
- Pepperoni Cheese
- Apples of course!
- Pears
- Cream of Wheat
- Pumpkin Muffins
- Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Grapes
- English Muffin Bread
- Pumpkin Butter
- Raspberries (These were amazing)
- Apple Cider
