Preheat Oven to 425.
Add all the ingredients for the dough in your mixer. Mix all ingredients until incorporated.
Roll out to 1/2" to an 1" thick depending on how big you want your scones. I did a 1/2". Thicker dough will mean probably 6-8 scones.
I used the top of a canning jar to make my scones. Simple and easy.
Place on parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top of them if you like. In the oven it goes for 12 minutes.
