Every Friday this summer, we prepare something in the smoker. You never know what it may be. Our last adventure was smoked shrimp and it was yummmmmy.
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp
- 1 lemon Juice only
- 1/2 cup Butter One Stick Melted
- 1 tbls Garlic Powder
- Place Shrimp on cooking sheet. Pour melted butter over the shrimp. Squeeze lemon over the shrimp. Sprinkle the garlic powder over shrimp
- We use an electric smoker that has been pre-heated to 225 with apple wood chips. Place your shrimp in for 15-20 minutes or until your uncooked shrimp turn a pretty pink color. Enjoy!
